Wow....what an awesome site! I recently did a short term contract for another recruiting office here in Iowa, and ALL of their recruiters are past rookies of the year. I sat there overhearing their calls, and it hit me that if some of THOSE folks are billing $300K a year, why on God's green earth can't I be doing the same thing?
