I wasn't able to download my eBook properly. How do I get another one?

Is recruiting a viable business in today's world?

Yes. Companies are retooling, changing and restructuring themselves in an evolving business world. Even as they let 2,000 employees go, they hire 300 others. Employers, inundated with resumes of unemployed job seekers, are anxious to outsource the process of locating skilled employees. One of the strongest benefits of using the services of a professional recruiter is that companies are not required to spend time gathering and evaluating hundreds or thousands of resumes. A professional recruiter will analyze the need, locate legitimate candidates, and qualify them before ever presenting them to a client company.

How do I identify candidates and why can't companies just find their own candidates?

Companies would really like to find the candidates they need. However, with the unusual tight job market it has not been easy for them. Often times, companies are limited to traditional methods to find the qualified candidates. The first traditional method they'll try is to run a newspaper ad. The second method is by posting the jobs on the Internet. Typically, only 5% of the workforce will see these ads and an abundance of unqualified candidates will actually apply. Unfortunately, companies will spend a great deal of their time dealing with the overwhelming number of unqualified candidates that apply for the job openings.

Do I need a website and what if I know absolutely nothing about the Internet?

A website is not necessary but is helpful. In today's technology world, it is easy and fairly inexpensive to put a website together. Can you guarantee that I will make money with your program?
